Join the North Dakota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as we bring together registered dietitians, health professionals, and students for the 2026 Nourishing Health Symposium at the FargoDome.
This in-person conference features national and local experts presenting on current nutrition research, clinical and community dietetics, and emerging trends in practice.
Attendees will have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits, visit the in-person expo, and explore a student poster session featuring work from colleges in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Registration
Select the registration option that best fits your schedule. Due to high demand, March 26 (Day 1) is at capacity — registration is currently available for March 27 (Day 2), the Networking Social, and/or the Expo.
Full-day (March 27) registration includes access to conference sessions, continuing education activities (pending approval), and the in-person exhibitor expo, plus one meal and one snack.
Expo-only registration provides access to the exhibitor expo and does not include conference sessions.
Advance registration is required.
Conference Materials
The 2026 Nourishing Health Symposium will feature a full agenda of sessions focused on current nutrition research, clinical and community dietetics, and emerging trends in practice, presented by national and local experts.
Continuing education credits are pending approval for up to 10.5 CEUs.
The full agenda and CEU details will be posted as approvals are finalized.
