Join the North Dakota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as we bring together registered dietitians, health professionals, and students for the 2026 Nourishing Health Symposium at the FargoDome.
This in-person conference features national and local experts presenting on current nutrition research, clinical and community dietetics, and emerging trends in practice.
Attendees will have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits, visit the in-person expo, and explore a student poster session featuring work from colleges in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Registration
Select the registration option that best fits your schedule. Attendees may register for one full day, two full days, networking social or Expo only.
Full-day registrations provide access to conference sessions, continuing education activities (pending approval), and the in-person exhibitor expo.
Expo-only registration provides access to the exhibitor expo only and does not include access to conference sessions.
Full-day registration includes one meal and one snack per day.
Advance registration is required.
Agenda
The 2026 Nourishing Health Symposium will feature a full agenda of sessions focused on current nutrition research, clinical and community dietetics, and emerging trends in practice, presented by national and local experts.
Continuing education credits are pending approval for up to 10.5 CEUs.
The full agenda and CEU details will be posted as approvals are finalized.
