Dear NDAND Members and Board,
As we move through this season together, I want to pause and extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. The first half of this year has been full of growth, collaboration, and meaningful momentum—and that is because of you. Your dedication, creativity, and willingness to show up for one another continue to make NDAND such a strong and inspiring community.
This season also invites us to take space and give space—to care for our own well-being while honoring the pace and needs of those around us. As dietitians and nutrition professionals, we know that health is not just about doing more, but about creating balance, restoring energy, and staying connected to what truly matters.
I am incredibly thankful for the work we’ve already accomplished together, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead. Mark your calendars and start spreading the word—we have so much to look forward to, and I cannot wait to celebrate, connect, and party with you all in March. The energy is building, and this is one you won’t want to miss!
As we continue forward, may we be reminded that:
“Health is not about perfection—it’s about nourishment, connection, and caring for ourselves and each other, season by season.”
Thank you for your leadership, your service, and your heart for this profession. I am so grateful to serve alongside you and look forward to all that we will continue to build—together.
